I'm sorry to hear.

I'm a seller on both. I take pride in my openness and honesty as a seller. I'm just trying to figure out which one has more traffic. I think ebay is slightly better for international stuff (I'm a 'top rated seller' so I get massive discounts on shipping), but I think Amazon has more domestic traffic. I'm trying to sell off more of my products. Thank you for your input, I think Amazon's the better bet.

a bit of apples and oranges, isn't it?
Unless I'm wrong...which, you know, is possible...wouldn't far more people be buying from companies or even direct from manufacturers on Amazon..while far more people would be buying from individuals like Rick on eBay? If so, Rick notwithstanding, the chances of a negative experience would be higher on eBay.

(Other) Google Shopping - returns pricing back from virtually every major online site (including Ebay and Amazon) that is carrying the product you are looking for.

For people that know exactly what product they want, then getting the best price is their next goal, imo.

Purchased many things on eBay and never had a problem.

Purchased a few things on Amazon and without fail, a problem occurs every time.
