I went to a baseball game once. There were 50,000 people there. 2 guys with Dbacks caps on were being real a-holes. I guess all Dbacks fans are a-holes then, eh? Oh, and they were both brunettes, too. So, all brunettes are a-holes?

I appreciate your opinion Rich..I have never been. Just wondered all the fuss was warranted. Well Outside the Lines did a HUGE piece on it. So if ESPN is full of it too I guess I will accept it.

I thought it was possible to ask other men a man to man question but I guess not. Only reason I asked was I have wanted to take my daughter to a WNBA game and maybe even a LPGA event. BUT my concern was any inappropriate behavior I had seen and heard of from both ESPN's OTL and Dionne the girl I had dated who happenned to be the softball riseball pitcher. She made the comment "I hate to go to those anymore because it has become some sort of platform for their cause." Just trying to get a man or more importantly a father's POV on the matter. Instead some of you act like shocked children.

celebrated the 25th anniversary of Title IX and the increased popularity of women's sports following the 1996 Summer Olympics by examining issues surrounding the state of women's sports.

This issue was about the negative stigma surrounding the sport including inappropriate relationships with female coaches and their female athletes as well as the fans that attend riding on each others shoulders in skimpy bikinis etc. conducting lude acts in public. Now as much as some may say "That's hot" it's really isn't when you go with your 10 yr old daughter. Not trying to be an a-hole....prolly should of just stayed out of the topic but it set here as the only thing discussed for a few days so I thought I'd ask.

I tell you what..ESPN's "My Wish" which features stories of bravery with kids with illness, cancer, blindness, and even parylized is beyond touching. I don't care who you are it is hard to watch and not tear up or cry your eyes out. They are very well done and even as much as I can't stand the Steelers I find myself liking Big Ben and the rest of the Steelers after watching that piece with the little boy in that chair. Truly touching stories you all should watch.

The piece i saw air this morning with the Indians and a young boy getting over cancer was pretty touching.
