 Spurs comment. Somehow that set U off AGAIN. It is never the topic. U get mad just the same. I did nada to Storm. Have not seen tymy. I wont throw a number at U. It would embarass all of us. Just please dont think U have not run anyone off here. We can leave it at that. Also why the need to prove yourself or prove me wrong ALL the time? U want a cease fire? I am totally for that. ok..you accept the deal. Hopefully you can agree to the following..as this will make it worth something.
1. either of us respond to the other in any fashion or brings the others name into a post, OR an unquestionable reference to the other... 30 day no posting privileges. 2. 2nd offense....60 days 3. 3rd offense (God forbid) 1 year. as many times as you've been suspended that should be a breeze for you.....it'll KILL me agreed?this will make the boards a better place for all....

I would just like to say to Rich and Troy. You both need to grow up. You both are old enough to know when enough is enough. This whole back and forth crap should of been done in private. And if either one of you where mature enough you would of made that motion. But seen as though you both didnt it shows how mature the both of you are. Look its a freaking game. Everyone has a opinion. If you dont like what one person has to say then say something back. But keep it sports related. Name calling doesnt do anything but piss people off. And by the looks of it. The both of you have been going at each others throats for the longest time. So from everyone at Jockstocks STOP TALKING OR COMMENTING to each others posts. It will stop all of this crap. If you want to talk do it in private. If Orren had some investors coming to the site to check it out. Do you think they would want to see this immature display coming from a 50 year old man and I dont know how old Troy is. But give us all a break. Its old. Really old.

Wasn't this tread topic about the suspensions? As much as I hate how it turned out, overall I agree with the suspensions as they were handed down.
Anyone listen to Dan Patrick yesterday? Or the replay on Mike and Mike this AM? Good points were made that the league decides to use discretion on some rules (travelling, palming, going into the lane early on foul shots) but claims that it can't on this one. Although I agree that in this case they SHOULD stick to the letter of the law, I certainly find it interesting that they've used "the letter of the law" as an excuse in this case.

What I dont like is if James Jones would of shoved Elson then it would have been an altercation. League says it was ok when Bowen and Duncan came off the bench cuz it wasn't an altercation. Tim didnt know that. he came off thinking something was about to jump off. Then Bowen grabbed him quick. He tried to save him. My thing is he was saved just like the asst coaches gathered up Amare and Boris and nearly knocked Amare down saving him from getting into the altercation. In both situations we should be thanking those who kept the players from getting in trouble. Sure emotions take over but if caught in time it should be forgiveable. I think overall the whole thing was injust. It sets a precedent if U are losing momentum or a series to get chippy and hope it leads to emotional breakdown. After kicks, knees, elbows, they finally planted our little guy into the scorer's table. Enough was enough.
Funny thing on our local radio. Jock said Amare should of stood up and grabbed Marcus Banks and said "Get out there". All We can hope for is a game 7. Then at least we have a chance and home court. ALl I know is we shouldve won last night if not for running out of gas. With that energy and our guys back we can win. It is our time. We have more talent.
