40 years ago today
Nixon gave his acceptance speech for the Republican Presidential ticket in Miami (while Chicago has its infamous convention). The link below is the speech to it, which you could pretty much apply to today, except substitute Iraq for Vietnam, and we dont have the race riots going on.
