Curious if anyone knows if a double bogey effects you negatively as much as an eagle effects you positively?

I would say for the most part, you get more for an eagle, than you lose on a double bogey, but it comes down to projections.

IE, Tiger is going to get dinged more for the DB than say John Daly.
