Ugggggggggggh.
This is classic. It can never be easy in Philly. Looks like the rain will be just as bad at 8pm tonight as it was last night.

just how often over the past month has it rained remotely CLOSE enough to stop a ballgame in Philly?
....and just HAS to happen for the last game of the Series IN Philly..

I'm pretty confident my last words will be 'well crap, that didn't work'. Of all the things I've lost over the years, I think I miss my metabolism most of all. Nachos are just tacos that don't have their s_it together. I'm not adding this year to my age because I really didn't use it. Ever notice that extra fries and exercise sound a lot alike?

I have to say the long layoff really helps the Phillies. I mean, yeah they've been playing some great ball, but Cole Hamels can still pitch because he was still in the game when it was called due to rain. As hot as he's been playing, the few days off could possibly mean he can finish the game off himself.

Wacky weather update...
Rained straight through, to 2pm. Then- at 40 degrees, there was a whiteout snowstorm in northeast Philly. Saw it myself, on the Philadelphia Park feed at the Borgata in A.C. Drive back home, and as of the moment, there is not a drop of rain here. Only a 20% chance of any through the night. 20mph winds, though. Locusts and frogs are most likely on the way, though... :P
