BIG JOHN canned for 6 months by the PGA

I heard on ESPN that John Daly has been suspended for the first 6 months of the 2009 season. He says no big deal he will just go play in Europe. Forget Golf.....I just hope he gets his life straightened up. One major is a fluke but you have to have a fair amount of talent to win that 2nd one.

I heard that the quote was that he wants to help "save" the European League.

whole people still want to see him play and show up at the tournaments for him...the sizes of those groups are not nearly what they used to be. Most have had enough. He is a trainwreck gathering speed. There are enough PGA players and more popular Euro's that they do not need him to "save their tour". He has lost big time and small time sponsors...coaches...wives....etc etc etc due to his irresponsibility. He has been given more chances than most to get his act together and has failed miserably every single time. I don't see him getting it together anytime soon. A shame and a waste.........que sera sera.
